Not as bad as the previous movie, but nothing worth watching, unless you are a completionist like mwah.
UPDATE: Upon re-watching this is easily the worst of the series. It is some random scenes they wanted (plane, landing on a building, prison, tunnel crawling, bathroom water slow motion action, boat) strung together in the looses sense possible.
