Birdman (4/5)

Freaky opening shot. Interesting continuous shooting. Theatre cliches. Can feel the ending approaching… but not what I thought. Sometimes I impulsively add a movie to my Netflix queue just so I can learn the ending without being interested in the story. I’ll go back later and just read the Wikipedia plot summary to satisfy my curiosity. Sometimes these movies slip through and end up in my mailbox. They sit on my end table for over a week, which is an eternity for me to have a DVD and not watch it, as I regret adding it to me queue. Eventually I’ll watch it because “well, I already have it”. This usually takes no more than 20 minutes before I press stop and feel I have wasted my time. Bradman proved to be worth the time.
