Cheesy extendo-arm. Same skirt as original. I think they made this just to show a brain with eyes, which could then be smashed.
UPDATE: It has been years since I’ve seen the original RoboCop, which is still good, and so I started to watch RoboCop 2. How did I give this a 2? It is absolutely a 1! This is horrible.
